The same sequence every board goes through, whether it's a one-off prototype or heading to production.
Schematic capture
Define requirements, select components, and draft the schematic — the electrical decisions that everything downstream depends on.
PCB layout
Place and route the board with signal integrity, thermal, and manufacturability in mind, then release it for fabrication.
Firmware development
Write drivers and application logic against the schematic in parallel with layout, so software is ready the day boards arrive.
Bring-up & test
Power on the first article, verify against spec, and work through any rework needed before the design is trusted.
Production handoff
Finalize documentation, test procedures, and assembly files so the design can move confidently into volume manufacturing.

Embedded Innovations LLC exists because most embedded products fail at the seam between hardware and software — a board laid out without the firmware engineer in the room, or code written before anyone considered what the silicon could actually do.
We work the whole seam ourselves: one team responsible for the schematic, the layout, and the code that runs on it, so decisions made in one domain are made with the other in mind from the start.
